Abstract
Practitioners, policymakers and researchers will discuss the challenges facing Services in terms of knowledge production, knowledge transfer and practice. The Summit will also incorporate the launch of ‘Complex engineering service systems, concepts and research’, a transdisciplinary book for advanced practitioners – and output of a major research project involving 10 universities and BAE Systems, focused on service support solutions.
