Abstract

Will McGregor William graduates this year from the University for the Creative Arts. At 22 years of age he has been nominated for an award at the BAFTA ’s, received a National Young Filmmaker Award Nomination and won Best Drama at the Royal Television Society Awards, in addition to screening at international festivals across the world and broadcasting on BBC Television.

Zara Hayes On graduating from Cambridge University in 2004, Zara has worked as a professional documentary filmmaker. Collaborating with a number of artists, she has made films about visual arts for BBC Four and Tate Britain. One such project is an experimental film with poet Luke Wright, which combined documentary and poetry performance and was nominated for a prestigious Grierson award and shown on Channel 4. One of her latest projects includes making a film with artist Ai Wei Wei for the Turbine Hall.

Piers Royce Piers started filmmaking whilst living in both Japan and England. After graduating from university in 2008 he joined a production company and started shooting and editing features for brands such as Elle. Having travelled to various Fashion weeks around the world with work, he subsequently became head of production for the UK branch.
