Abstract
The Tea Party is reshaping the American political landscape. And though it has faced considerable opposition from the Left in the United States, the response to the movement has—in many respects—been more caustic in Europe. This speech will provide an assessment of why the Tea Party has pushed the continent to its boiling point.
Jonathan Bronitsky is currently researching Anglo-American intellectual and political history of the postwar period at the University of Cambridge.
