Abstract
Epigenetic regulation of gene expression is being hailed as the exciting new frontier in treatments for cancer and a range of chronic disorders. But with over 100 different proteins already known to be involved in epigenetic processes, how will we identify the best opportunities for creating new understanding of disease processes and better drugs to treat intractable disorders?
