Abstract
In recent years the EU and China have been increasingly active in the international arena. One of the areas of major interest has been energy security. By focusing on the role and capacity of bilateral and multilateral institutions this talk aims at providing an alternative view of how to evaluate the EU and China’s energy diplomacy.
