Abstract
The 9th Annual Disability Lecture aims to celebrate disability and extend thinking on issues affecting disabled people and education.
Is disability a problem, and if so, for who? Does it matter that the media uses negative stereotypes about the lives of disabled people? What is the impact on disabled peopleβs lives?
Dr Nicola Martin is currently the Director of Wellbeing and Disability Services at the London School of Economics and an Honorary Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge. She is also Chair of the National Association of Disability Professionals.
