Abstract
Tariff Reform was heralded by Joseph Chamberlain and other advocates as the antidote to the ills of the British economy in the Edwardian decade. This papers re-examines the case for Tariff Reform from a multi-sectoral perspective, using a specially designed Social Accounting Matrix for 1907.
