Abstract
You are kindly invited to the next Social Anthropology Research Associates seminar, Monday 31st of January. The speaker will be Dr Shane McCorristine (Scott Polar Research Institute) and the title of his paper is: ‘Animating Place: Dreamscapes of Arctic Exploration’. Expect tales of encounters of all kinds: with ghosts, remote populations, and 19th Century Explorers. An unmissable seminar!
Please note that THIS SESSION WILL BE HELD EXCEPTIONALLY IN ROOM 2 .3, in the Department of Social Anthropology, at the usual time from 5 to 6.30
