Abstract
FRIDAY 25TH MARCH , 4.30PM GATSBY ROOM , WOLFSON COLLEGE .
The Countercultural Studies Group presents two films by Alexandros Papathanasiou:
‘Reflections: Sixties Counterculture in Cambridge’
and
‘Roger ‘Syd’ Barrett’
These two short documentaries present a series of first person accounts alongside archival material to create an impression of the various countercultural interests active in Cambridge during the early to mid sixties.
Alexandros will be in attendance and will be participating in a Q+A after the screening. We are also hoping to have with us some of the interviewees from the film ‘Reflections’.
All welcome! Free entry.
