Abstract
Upcoming CMB experiments face a major challenge in the search for B-mode polarisation, due to both its weak signal and the potential for Galactic foregrounds to contaminate observations. B-modes can only be generated by tensor modes, thus their detection would provide evidence for Primordial Gravitational Waves.
I will describe Spider, an experiment that will map a large fraction of the sky with degree-scale resolution. I will outline an algorithm we have developed for massively multi-detector, polarised map-making. I will also present a three-dimensional model of the Galactic magnetic field and dust density, which is used to generate full-sky foreground templates of Galactic foreground emission.
