An evening discussion on our City’s food footprint in the context of increased demand and declining resources.
Speaker Tom Curtis of http://www.landshare.org/ has successfully started food footprint projects for the cities of Oxford and Brighton with Landshare’s footprint calculator. Now its Cambridge’s turn- how will we fair? Join us on the beginning of our food footprint journey, not to be missed!
