Abstract
Part of the research that Pankaj is currently conducting involves quantifying the value of information. This is defined as the value achieved through reduction in risk as well as value achieved through enhancement of business processes. This presentation was outline the challenges Pankaj faced in quantifying the value of information for one of his case studies with Bombardier as well as the process followed to achieve the results.
