User choice of PINs and passphrases

This talk will highlight work from two upcoming papers at Financial Cryptography and USEC which includes the first empirical data on how humans choose numerical PINs or multi-word passphrases. Combined with the increasing amount of data on password choice, we can introduce new statistical metrics to evaluate the security provided by human-chosen distributions.
