Machine learning applications in genetic regulation and cancer

The talk will cover work we have been doing recently using machine learning to analyse genomic data sets (microarrays, ChIP-seq, RNA -seq) relevant to genetic regulation, cellular differentiation and cancer. Applications will include predictive models of gene expression, and cancer classification.
