Abstract
This talk will focus on the requirements of ongoing skills assessment within organisations against a context of standards and professional expectations for employee development placed on companies. It will also consider the role of the individual within differing types of working environment in the sector, and the development of career paths.
All sessions are followed by a drinks reception.
