Abstract
A talk by documentary makers, Brian Lapping and Norma Percy. At the helm of the creative team at Brook Lapping Productions, they have won numerous awards and been hailed by the Wall Street Journal as βthe acme, the Rolls-Royce, of documentary makersβ. We are delighted to welcome Brian and Norma to Trinity Hall, where they will be presenting one programme from their acclaimed television series, Putin, Russia and the West, which aired recently on BBC .
The series consists of four episodes screened in January and February, 2012. The presenters will decide on the night β with input from the audience β which of the four episodes to focus on as most relevant to current events. The event will take place in the Trinity Hall Lecture Theatre on Trinity Lane.
