This workshop seeks to foster discussion between academics, policy-makers and practitioners on the development of migration and asylum policy approaches in Europe. Panels have been organised which deal with current security challenges posed by immigration in Europe and border control issues, national, European and global ‘migration management’ and wider demographic and social issues such as ageing European populations and migration, migrant integration and social cohesion.

Should you also have particular research questions that you would like to discuss in the moderated discussion, we invite you to outline them briefly in your email.
