Abstract
The concept of performance measurement has been developed for several decades. Most of the researches in performance measurement are in the area of business processes. It would be interesting to see if the idea of performance measurement can also be applied to engineering context of asset management. There are frameworks for maintenance performance measurement and key indicators for infrastructure efficiency. The aim is to attempt to discover performance measurement frameworks for the whole life-cycle of assets through performance architechture. In order to do this, different asset management decicions are reviewed to understand impacts of these decisions on different stakeholders.
