The talk will take place in the Ringing Room of Great S, Mary’s where the University Bellringer will, with others, give a demonstration of English-style change-ringing on tower bells and on handbells. The way a tower-bell can be controlled via a rope and a wheel will be explained, as will the fundamental rules of change-ringing.
