Abstract
Dr Covadonga Aldamiz-echevarria, a Clare Hall Visiting Fellow from the University of the Basque Country will discuss how the cooperation and forward planning of a group of chefs succeeded in positioning the Basque Country as an international gastronomic centre of attraction.
