Abstract
Fragment-based methods in chemical biology and drug discovery The talk will describe the development of a new approach to developing small molecules that bind to macromolecules that is finding widespread application in early stage drug discovery. It will explain the basic principles and show examples of how compounds are systematically developed as chemical tools and potential therapeutics.
The talk is free for members of BioSoc, and ÂŖ1 for everyone else.
Series This talk is part of the Cambridge University Biological Society series.
