CGS is one of the first to adopt Toray’s 3-D Gene microarray platform and is now offering microRNA and mRNA gene expression profiling on their highly sensitive microarrays. Toray Industries have been selling their products for a number of years in Japan, and is now starting to in emerge in Europe. You will hear from Hideo Akiyama about the technology and products. Julien Bauer, bioinformatician for CGS , will also be presenting data produced in house, showing Toray’s higher performance for miRNA and mRNA profiling from FFPE samples in comparison to other platforms.
