Abstract
Conophytum: a genus of attractive small clumping succulent plants in the Mesembryanthemum family. Coming from Southern Africa, and with a growing season somewhat different from the usual summer-growing plants. New discoveries are still made in the genus, as the plants are well-camouflaged in their habitat.
