Abstract
Inspired by Charles Babbage’s legacy, the Babbage Seminar Series gathers leading figures as well as young researchers from economics, engineering and operation management with an interest in manufacturing and industrial policy.
In this Babbage Seminar, we are pleased to welcome Professor Patrizio Bianchi from the University of Ferrara and Emilia-Romagna Regional Government, who will be exploring a new approach to industrial policy. The Seminar will be chaired by Ha-Joon Chang, and will include a roundtable discussion with Patrizio Bianchi, Sandrine Labory, Ha-Joon Chang and Eoin O’Sullivan.
