An analogue of Washington's Theorem for elliptic curves with complex multiplication

Abstract
For an elliptic curve E defined over an imaginary quadratic field K, I will discuss the growth of the p-Selmer group of E over certain Zq extensions of the imaginary quadratic field K, for split and distinct primes p,q.
