Abstract
This unique discussion brings together the themes of leadership and entrepreneurship and explores how they apply in the businesses of today. Leadership is often considered as a journey where an individual influences and enlists the support of others to achieve a common vision or goal and is just as relevant to existing businesses as well as the entrepreneurial ventures that are so prevalent here in Cambridge.
Through the experiences of two leading faculty from Cambridge Judge Business School, a range of case examples and some lively discussion, our discussion will illustrate pointers for successful leadership.
