Abstract
The Cambridge University Energy Network is proud to invite you all to our third seminar of this academic year! Dr. Mark Osborne will give a talk on how to make electricity transmission smarter. This is our kick-off event for this year CUEN Annual Conference on Smart Cities and Smart Energy on the 18th of June.
Dr. Mark Osborne joined National Grid in 1997 and works in Electricity Transmission Asset Management. Key responsibilities include new technology, innovation and developing a Smarter Transmission strategy incorporating dynamic ratings, wide area monitoring, control and protection in the grid of the future.
