Materials and construction of a 20km tall pipe

Abstract
A feasibility study into constructing a 20km long pipe, suspended from a balloon, able to deliver particles into the stratosphere. The main focus will be on the construction of the pipe and creep rupture properties of Zylon, a possible material.
