Abstract
The three ytterbium compounds YbAl3, YbAlB4 and YbPd2Sn are tuned to the border of a magnetic phase transition using pressure techniques and the temperature characteristics of the transport properties are explored. Departures from the Fermi Liquid behavior at the magnetic boundary have been observed in these compounds.
