Abstract
For our first breakfast networking session of the Autumn we’re delighted to hear about experiences in accessing international markets with presentations from Cambridge-based SME , Sureflap, FedEx and UK Trade & Investment. This first session is free to members and non-members.
Event details:
Joining us at the session will be award-winning Cambridge-based SureFlap, makers of a range of innovative microchip operated cat flaps which use patented low-power RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology developed in Cambridge (UK) by Dr Nick Hill.
Due to high demand, SureFlap started to ship their award-winning cat flaps overseas for the first time in 2010 and since then sales have increased six-fold. Founder Dr Nick Hill will provide a fascinating cat’s-eye view of this export-led growth period.
This session will highlight some of the challenges and rewards of going global. FedEx and UK Trade & Investment will be on hnad with a Q&A.
Please bring along your business cards and network with other delegates attending.
