Abstract
Glaciers on Kilimanjaro are rapidly shrinking but rising air temperatures are not to blame. Why have they made it into the IPCC ? Or even better: why has an expert on tropical glaciers made it to become a Lead Author in the IPCC report? This lunchtime seminar will span our findings on the small glaciers on Kilimanjaro to how glaciers at sea level respond to changes in climate.
