Digital Pathology is much-hyped in the field of pathology, but what can it actually deliver? As a manager of a core facility running 3 digital pathology scanners at 2,500 slides/month throughput, I hope to convince you that it can deliver excellent resolution; easier and quicker image analysis providing better quality of results; greater ease in collaboration and the tantalising future of discovering data that we cannot see…
