Abstract
Karen Miller from Design Management Group is going to introduce her research findings from her PhD work. Karen has got extensive industry experience for over 25 years including working as Senior Designer at Conrans and Habitat and subsequently as Head of Design and Innovation at M&S, Sainsburys and Kingfisher. Her PhD work is to investigate value creation through process and structure optimisation of design.
