Abstract
Late last summer, a number of Opera Group members began discussing the features a framework for dynamically extensible event-based middleware might require. One aim of such a framework would be to integrate the various orthogonal aspects of our individual research projects. With the aim of rekindling this discussion, I will present a potential starting point in terms of a data model and an approach to dynamic reconfiguration. My ideas also attempt to address some of the problems with current business messaging approaches (including some raised within this talk series).
Series This talk is part of the Computer Laboratory Opera Group Seminars series.
