Abstract
An outline of concepts, tools, materials and approaches that have proved to be of value in understanding and influencing the behaviour and beliefs of opponent individuals and groups in the field. In application, the personal identity of the opponent is usually unknown. As specific characteristics are clarified, then, targeting may be increasingly refined.
