Abstract
How can industry respond to the challenge of achieving massive reductions in absolute carbon emissions and resource use, whilst delivering more value to more people than ever before? From chocolate bars to fuel cell cars, this presentation will introduce the work of the EPSRC Centre for Industrial Sustainability, highlighting examples of efficiency, technology and systems approaches which can contribute to a new manufacturing paradigm – Industrial Sustainability.
