Abstract
We investigate the long time/small mean-free-path asymptotic behaviour of the solutions of a fractional kinetic Fokker Planck equation—more precisely a Vlasov-type equation with a Lรฉvy-Fokker-Planck collision operator—in super-critical settings on a smooth, strongly convex domain. On the boundary of this domain we consider specular reflections and we will show how this boundary condition will affect the asymptotic dynamics.
