Abstract
Dr. Robert Anderson, director of the British Museum between 1992-2002, joins us to discuss ‘famous things’: how do some things become iconic representations of ideas, entire societies, or eras, while other important artifacts languish away from the limelight? This talk is open to the public and will include refreshments.
