Abstract
By 2018, 70% of the worldβs pharmaceuticals will have to be traceable at least at the pallet level (Pharma IQ Report, Industry Report – Pharmaceutical Global Traceability and Serialisation in Pharma). Pharmaceutical Companies are now at the forefront in pushing for Track & Trace as well as condition monitoring solutions. Nevertheless, they have to face a number of stringent challenges to comply with the tight timeframe in this regulatory landscape. This talk will review how new age solutions such as IoT and Cloud Computing can assist in solving some of these problems.
