Abstract
Mr. Kolenda was at the center of U.S. policy & strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan from 2009-2014. He will discuss how heterodox problems make success in modern conflict so elusive, drawing from his experiences as Senior Advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense and over four tours in Afghanistan.
