What is different about this workshop? Adelina will perform a live demonstration of a real post doc research with unwanted results from a Cambridge University researcher or a member of the audience. You will experience the process of building and see a live demonstration of this sort of presentation – you will not be talked at for one hour on how to do it – you will live it.

Who is the speaker? Adelina Chalmers trains academic staff at Cranfield University on presenting research and she works with Cambridge University’s start-up arm Cambridge Enterprise as their pitching consultant for the Latin American business development programmes. In previous roles, she commissioned research and presented to industry at academic and international conferences. She won numerous impromptu speaking competitions and speaks 5 languages.
