Abstract
The speakers will discuss the options to consider in choosing an exome sequencing kit, provide tips on how to get the best out of your project, and discuss some of the troubleshooting options to optimise exomes carried out in the Cambridge Institute Genomics Core. Additionally, the speakers will also discuss how exomes are being used and analysed in the Caldas research group.
