Horses are a longstanding symbol of policing. But what good do horses do in these contexts? Panel discussion with Chris Giacomantonio, RAND Europe; Jemima Manning, Greater Manchester Police; Rosie Meek, School of Law, Royal Holloway; and Rod Hansen, Deputy Chief Constable at Gloucestershire. With RAND Europe Meet a police horse: City of London Mounted Branch will be present from 5pm
