Abstract
Bob Jarman will talk about arable farm systems, plant breeding and the agricultural trials at the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB), looking particularly at the results of a survey of the wildlife of the farm trials site between Girton and Histon. He will also describe how EU farm policy and farm subsidy payments affect the wildlife diversity of our countryside.
