Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with application forms, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We’ll discuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee, explore why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your responses as effective as possible. The workshop is aimed primarily at students in their early years, but all students are welcome to either BP sessions.
