Abstract
Yelp is a large international website, spread across >6 datacenters, and two continents, composed of 100s of individual services. This talk will describe the challenges this presents to operators who are trying to keep the site running whilst simultaneously building out new regions, and the sometimes novel solutions we’ve implemented to address these challenges.
They’ll provide hot lunch, and raffling off an iPad mini w/retina. Come one, come all!
