Abstract
How many times have you done your immunostaining/imagining then realised how complicated and time consuming the analysis is? The speakers will describe how to optimise the staining and imaging process in order to semi-automate the image analysis with custom made Matlab code. They will also cover important parameters to consider when immunostaining against four targets and the key steps in developing the Matlab code.
