Fear and Attachment

Abstract
According to the philosophy of Buddhism, the cause for fear is attachment, which originates from ignorance. Ven. Kovido will talk on how to understand and overcome fear and attachment through understanding the real nature of the world. He will also discuss whether the world in reality is inside or outside the body.
The talk is part of a special “Meditation Evening” beginning at 17:00. The talk will be followed by a guided meditation session and a discussion. You are welcome to take part in the whole event or just come for the talk. The full event programme is as follows:
