Sex sells. It both sells us what we think we want, and it is sold to us. Sex, we are promised, carries the promise of being fulfilled, loved and whole. But when sex is in the hands of photoshop and pornography, the most intimate of spaces becomes yet another arena to perform and pretend. To a world where are insecurities are constantly probed open by marketing companies, the Christian sexual ethic is surprisingly good news.
