Dr Thomas Stone, Clinical Scientist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital will explore an inside out model of medical device development. How clinical engineering departments within the NHS support healthcare innovation; the development, adoption and spread of technology to address unmet need. He will talk about our collaboration with the engineering design centre at Cambridge university to establish new and robust design practices within Cambridge University Hospital. Booking not essential but would assist with logistics
